While Shannon Deline may have come originally from the worlds of physics and finance, she is now a proud oil realisom student of DVSA and Fine Artist Susan Outlaw. Shannon’s technical background is evident in her work, as seen through her attention to detail and her passion for the interplay between light and colour that exists within nature.

Shannon has expanded her repertoire with abstract art using acrylic pour techniques on both canvas and functional pieces. While vastly different from oil realism, she has enjoyed being able to play with the ‘controlled chaos’ of fluid art in between realism projects. She has learned these techniques by watching fluid artists on youtube such as Molly’s Artistry, Olga Soby, Lisa Marvin and Kanella Ciraco.

Shannon hails from Paris, Ontario where she dedicates her life to her art, her wonderfully supportive husband, her cherished daughter, family and friends.
